         JOB  INTERVIEW KE LIYE KUCH IMPORTANT TIPS.

INTERVIEW me jane se pahle kin important baato ka dhyan rakhna chahiye ya kis tarike se interview k liye tayaar hona chahiye ya phir interview me kon- kon se savaal puchh e jayenge, hum kar payenge ya nahi ye sab janne k liye har koi utsuk hota hai. hamara aaj ka article isi  vishay me hai. To 

1.  Interview k liye jane se pahle hame confident rahna chahiye but over-confidence nahi hona chahiye aur na hi nervous hona chahiye. Interview me jane k liye well dress up hona chahiye . FORMAL clothes pahanna best rahta hai. Rang-birange ya partywear  kapde nahi pahanne chahiye. Hamare kapado ka interview par kafi asar padta hai. Recruiters hamara dressing sence dekh kar hi samajh jate hai ki hum job ke layak hai ya nahi iseliye apna dressing scence acha rakhen aur formal kapade pahan kar interview k liye jaye. Interview me jayada tan kar ya jhuk kar nahi khada hona chahiye bilkul straight khada hona chahiye. Khade hote time jayada hilna-dulna ya taak-jhaank nahi karni chahiye.  or job interview ke liye time se 10 minute pahle pahuchna chahiye.  kabhi late nahi pahuchna  chahiye. You know that first impression is the best impression.





2.  INTERVIEW jobs ke pahle ka ahem hissha hota hai. Recruiters aapse questions karte hai aur isme kuch questions ase hote hai jo almost sabhi interviews me same hote hai. For example apne bare me bataeye, aap hamare company ke baare me kya janate ho, aapke professional strength kya hai aapki weakness kya hai, aap 5 years ke baad khud ko kahan dekna chahate hai , hum aapko hi job kyun de is taraha ke saval almost pucha jate hai. Isliye is taraha ke savalo ka javaab hame pahle se tayaar rakhna chahiye jisse aapka interview accha ho. Ye sabhi questions normal hai aur aapko inka seedha-sadha jawaab dena chahiye. Ise jayada lamba nahi kheechna chahiye, seedha aur satik jawaab dena chahiye.




3.  50% interviewers 2 minute me yah  samajh lete hai ki is candidate ko lena hai ya nahi isliye aapne confidence ko banaye rakheye.Most of the candidates k rejection ka kaaran over-confidence aur kharaab body language hota hai.Isliye hume pahale hi tyaari kar leni chahiye. So confident feel karen .aap apne face par halki smile rakhen. Handshake full confidence ke sath karen . 



4.  Asi  kai  cheeje hoti hai jinhe interviewers bina kuch pucche notice kar lete hai. Wo  aapke attitude ko samajh lete hai. Attitude me aapke baat karne ka tarika, khade hone ka tarika aur aapke pahne huae kapade hote hai. isliye jaldbaji na karen aur soch samajh kar interviewers k questions ka answer de. Jhayada utsukta me aap kuch galat na kah jaye is baat ka khayal rakhiye jaise ki company kon-kon se kaam karti  hai, mujhe salary kitni milegi, kitne din ka off milega, kaam karne ki jagah achchi nahi thi, main kab se join karoo etc. ese  sawaal nahi puchhne chahiye.Interviewer jab aapse kuch puchane ko kahe ki aapko hamse kuch pucchna hai to aapko ye kabhi nahi kahana chahiye ki mujhe kuch nahi pucchna hai is taraha ka jawaab nahi dena chahiye.


5.Agar aap pahle se hi kahin  job karte hai to , Jab aapka interviewer aapse puchhe ki aapki purani company kaisi hai, boss kaise hai,aap job kyun chhod rahe hai to aapko job badalne ki wajha asi  batani  chahiye jo positve impression dale na ki negative. Interview ke doraan thodi ghabarahat to hoti hi  hai par us time aap dawaab me na aaye aur khud par kabu rakhen  isi me aapki samajhdari aur bhalayi dono hai.(agar aap job karte hai to) Aapko apni purani company me tab tak new job ki information nahi deni chahiye  jab tak aapka  new job ka joining letter aapke hath me na aa jaaye.
